Temptations. There are times when you give into them knowingly, and times when they are ingrained into both sides of your brain and sometimes tied around your ventricles. I sat on my floor with my hand under my bed searching for a cigarette that I hoped I had lost earlier this month. No luck, and then contemplated grabbing the $20 in my top dresser drawer for a pack of smokes. But I quit that shit. I sat here and listened to this song blaring off the cones of my Bose headphones that I traded a coworker for my musical taste wrapped up on a USB drive. I sat on the ground 4 floors up, hearing the blown out synthesis of Fly Villian. The comp'd up bassey drum hits and clappy right left on the one two three four. I came to some thin conclusions and slipped on the head phones. And arrived here typing up this shit for digital enterprises and ultimately to pass along artistic expression. Hey Fly Villain, you're not a villian at all. Think prophet.
